Cringle Brook recently took part in a large scale art project across Manchester which was part of this years Big Draw.
The project was called 'Bee Manchester' and was a celebration of our community and creativity and linked 18 schools, 16 libraries, Manchester Museum and the Whitworth Art Gallery to make a series of stop-motion animations which could be viewed around Manchester.
Each pupil and member of staff was asked to decorate a frame to become 21 animations using the famous Manchester bee logo and positive phrases describing qualities we need as a community. The frames were then photographed and used as part of one of the stop motion animations.
In the end 20 films were created, by over 10,000 people and triggers to watch the films were installed in 12 locations across the city.
